Personal Shopper: What Goes With Clare's New Boots?
Clare wrote, "Hi! I was shopping around online, and had a moment of weakness and bought these boots. I. Love. Them. The problem being? I have nothing to wear them with to the office. I work in a business casual environment, and have no idea how to even start finding clothes that go well with those boots that are appropriate for work. To make it even more difficult, I'm curvy and prefer clothing that doesn't make me look like a beached whale. Please help!"
Those are awesome, Clare! Jealous! For you, we'd recommend a wrap dress that hits at or just above your knee in a fun color: it'll be flattering to your curves, and show off the boots without being hoochie. If you want them to look like regular shoes, pair 'em with wide-legged trousers and a slim top to balance the proportions. They are a little out there...but hand to god they are GORGEOUS in real life.
