Jennifer wrote, "Hi Outblush! I'm always so impressed with the things you find on your personal shopper requests, I thought I'd give mine a shot. I'm looking for a pair of 'skinny' jeans that I can wear inside my knee high boots. The boots are awesome and I really want to show them off. The problem is, I'm not exactly skinny. I wear a size 16 Tall and I can't find any that fit, most are so tight you end up looking like a street walker :-( Any suggestions you might have would be awesome! Thanks! -jennifer"
Hey, Jennifer, Janetor here... I'd recommend, when you buy skinny jeans (if you're buying online) buy both your size and the next size up & trying them both on. Why? Going just 1 size up can eliminate the whole sotightcan'tbreatheomfg issue with skinny jeans, while still giving you a narrow enough leg opening to wear with boots. Enjoy the five picks below, and let me know which ones you like!
1. Source of Wisdom Virtual Stretch Grey Skinny Jeans ($52)
2. Ann Taylor Tall Denim Modern Skinny Jean ($88)
3. Old Navy The Diva Skinny Jeans ($30, 3 rinses)
4. Avenue Tall Divine Denim Skinny Jean ($20 on sale, 4 rinses)
5. Avenue Tall Divine Denim Straight Leg Jean ($35, 2 rinses)

Size 16 skinny jeans? Really...?
Janetor
Oh, eff off. Anyone can wear anything they want, so long as it's fitted correctly and they feel good in it!

Dude, "skinny jeans" are a cut of jeans. What's your deal? It has nothing to do with the actual size of the wearer. Boot cut/flare jeans are nigh unto impossible to shove into a pair of boots.
Kristin
I personally wear old navy's skinny jeans, the diva is the one one that goes high enough so that I don't flash everyone my butt when I bend over. The stretch is always a plus as well.
