Hi Outblush! I have a small tip for Janessa! You guys have picked out wonderful dresses as always, but I thought Janessa might like to know that her new beau will most likely not be wearing a tux...but will be wearing whatever his dress uniform is. Which is different for each branch of the military. This information could be crucial!! When my hubby was a junior enlisted he still wore the green army dress uniform, and certain colors of dresses would have clashed. Now that he wears the blues, I have more options. Anyway, just though this info might be handy for her on her first military ball!! Have fun!!!

Not nearly hoochie enough. Those military balls are cleavage city but strangely, the young ladies just look really pretty instead of slutty like you might think. If you have the bod, I recommend lower-cut and tighter. Remember, he wants to show you off a little...

Except...you don't want to be the "hoochie" that us senior wives look at and roll our eyes. You want his chain of command to look at you as an extension of him and his army career. If you want them to think he is not serious, then by all means, show up in a low cut, tight ass hoochie dress. Or play it safe, and look like a lady!! He will want to show you off just as much if you look like a million bucks, not a ten dollar hooker.

Rebecca, thank you for the advice! Yes I definitely don't want to look hoochie. I want to be sexy but in a sophisticated way. I really like #4. And strangely, he told me they aren't wearing uniforms but are wearing tuxes. I will update when I pick!
