Personal Shopper: A Relaxed and Professional Fundraiser Dress for Shawn

Shawn writes: "Dear Outblush, I am a faithful follower, and have been visiting your site daily for the last several years. This is my first time however in asking for your shopping help.

I am planning/assisting in a low key fundraiser for a film in Pittsburgh that is to be held late August (my boyfriends film). It's going to be in one of the trendier neighborhood bar/grills. I need help finding a stylish, mid-length relaxed but somewhat professional dress so that I at least look like I know what I'm doing. I would like to avoid a little black dress if possible, and maybe go with something more colorful, maybe a print. Any sleeve length would be acceptable to me as well. I'm a very petite 5'3 size 00/XS, 32C, and my budget is about $100. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!"
