If you've never experienced the disappointment of not finding your luggage on the baggage carousel after a long flight, you are a far luckier traveler than us. At least when the airlines have no explanation for where your suitcase is, you'll know exactly in which city it can be located. The Trakdot Luggage ($90) sits in your baggage and uses cellular technology to inform you of its current whereabouts. Of course, knowing that your bag got left behind in Chicago while you're currently in San Francisco won't necessarily reunite you with your absent suitcase sooner, but at least you'll be able to tell a clueless Southwest attendant what's what.
