So we've been looking at the calendar, and looking at our bank accounts, and then back to the calendar and back to the account balance. And it doesn't look good. We've got birthdays coming up, the holidays, travel, weddings, and on and on. Apparently the season for buying is well upon us (when is it not?) even though we haven't even hit a single costume party yet. So what's a frugal celebration-lovin gal to do?
Wethinks it's time to hit Rite Aid. The one-stop-shop has everything we need to give unique, personalized (and inexpensive!) gifts. Just choose some of your favorite pics of you with the fam (you could just use one awesome pic of yourself, but you might get some flack for being "immodest" - psssh) and plaster them all over playing cards, ties, clocks, maybe boxers if you're feeling frisky... We would just stay away from the cutting boards - bad juju there, no? And to make your money go even further, Rite Aid'll give you as much as $20 in gift certificates to use on future purchases at Rite Aid. Check out the specials, sales, and clearance products to get great deals on gifts that your family won't soon forget (Hello, Wall Tapestry)!
*In the interest of full disclosure, we have to tell you (if you haven't guessed) that Rite Aid is sponsoring our Fall Gift of Savings series to get you ready for that nip-in-the-air, cozy and cuddly time of year called Autumn. But we also have to admit that we love Rite Aid anyway. Like we said, full disclosure.
