The Runaways
Given Kristen Stewart's sullen, wooden performances in the Twilight movies, we didn't initially have high hopes for The Runaways ($17, out July 20th). But, we were wrong. Adapted from Cherie Currie's tell-all memoir, Neon Angel, The Runaways is surprisingly watchable. The story of one of the first all-girl rock bands, it's full of heart, grit, and sexuality. Save it for a girl's night where you all dress up in your finest feathered mullet hairdos and late 70's attire.
