Holiday Gift Guide 2011: Frankie Magazine 2012 Journal
We have a few friends on our gift list this year who are boycotting social media. We'll miss their witty status updates, but know we'll knock their present out of the park with the Frankie Magazine 2012 Journal ($35). It's organized by days and gives the journaler a few lines to jot down their thoughts. No one will be writing novels in it, but they will be able to practice summing up the events in their life in a few sentences or less. It's Facebook, but you know, in an actual book.
