Giant Chess Set
If you've ever watched History of the World Part 1, or Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, and wanted to play a game of life-sized chess, you're not alone. While we can't find human pieces, or oversized knights that will move by magic, we did find the Giant Chess Set ($625), which is pretty darn cool. Perfect for outdoor play, this board is constructed of tough black and white resin, and the pieces are made so that you can add sand or water for ballast. We're thinking it might even be easier to learn on a giant board - we're having trouble imagining our next five moves with tiny pieces.
