If we could only have one dessert for the rest of our life (a morbid thought, we know), we would choose key lime pie. Thursday Cottage Lime Curd ($6) gives us that bright pop of lime without all the labor of baking up our own key lime treat. We love to smother this curd on warm merenges or eat it right out of the jar.
