We can't be the only ones who tune into Food Network on a fairly regular basis. How else are we going to spend a too-broke-to-get-martinis Saturday evening? So we're frequently treated to the sight of some food show host or other scarfing down a Stroopwafel ($15 for 12) from The Good Batch in NYC. And we were glad to find out that said bakery ships out these classic Dutch cookies so that we can get our eat on the next time we're stuck at home on a Friday. Because seriously, nothing is more disheartening than eating a bowl of Grape-Nuts while watching Cupcake Wars.

Jess
These are best eaten after being placed carefully on top of a freshly-brewed mug of tea (or coffee). The heat from the drink melts the caramel inside ever-so-slightly.
Seriously life-changing stuff.
