Mole sauce = crack, end of story. Simmer meats in it for rich flavor, use it instead of enchilada sauce, or just do what we do and drizzle it over nachos for a quick PMS-crushing dinner (NOT the fake cheese kind, mind you). But mole sauce, comprised of spices, nuts, fruits, veggies, chiles, and occasionally chocolate, is very time-consuming to make. Like, all-day-time-consuming. Thank Jebus we found San Angel Mole Sauces! Hand-crafted in small batches with natural ingredients, the San Angel Mole Sauce Mix & Match 3-Pack ($22 for 3 12oz. jars) gives you your choice of 3 flavors: Black Mole (with dark chocolate), Red Mole, or Cascabel Sauce. All three are spicy, a little sweet, and have an undeniable kick of heat, just like our salsa sance instructor, Manuel (Come to us, you Latin lover, you!).
