Do you want to know how many pints of vanilla ice cream we've eaten through since someone gifted us this Hot Ginger Caramel Sauce ($14) from Dean & Deluca? Let's just say it's more than 2 and less than 4. In our defense, we shared a little. We digress. The point is, with or without ice cream, this spicy sweet sauce is heavenly. You could eat it right out of the jar, with a spoon, big gulping bites of the sticky stuff. But we think you're gonna want to top your sundaes instead. It makes the sauce last longer!
