We developed a taste for hibiscus while we were visiting Egypt, since they served sweetened hibiscus tea everywhere. The sweet flavor and slightly fruity/floral hints were unlike anything we'd ever tried before. P&H Hibiscus Syrup ($10) can be added to cocktails or sodas to make refreshing drinks on hot summer days - maybe with a lime squeezed in, too? Oh, Egypt, we miss you!
