Mmmmm.....Thanksgiving is almost here and that means
eating gorging ourselves into a food coma! And we're dying to try the Pear & Almond Cake ($59). This delectable dessert consists of three layers of almond butter cake with chunks of the finest Bartlett pears. It's also filled with poached pears and fluffy Bavarian cream. Last but not least it's frosted with Callebaut white chocolate buttercream and finished with honey-toasted almonds. And it is hand made by the brilliant bakers from Black Hound New York...need we say any more?
