According to nutritionists, milk does your body good! And mmmm mmmm it certainly does! Plus it tastes exceptionally well with our favorite treat - chocolate and anything chocolate! Would you even dare think of having chocolate chip cookies without milk? Never! Would you think about having chocolate cake without a tall glass of ice cold milk? We didn't think so! Anyway it truly does do your body good - whether you like it whole, reduced fat, skim, chocolate flavored, strawberry flavored or any other way! The calcium helps build bones, maintain strong bones and possibly helps control blood pressure. Plus the vitamins contribute to healthy vision, regulate cell growth, keep your immune system healthy, convert food to energy and so much more! Last but not least, did you know that three glasses of milk provide just about half of the protein adults need per day? Probably not, because we surely didn't! So the next time you see all those beautiful, perfectly sculpted bodies vouching for milk and how it does your body good....take their word for it and pour yourself a tall glass!
