Heirloom Tomato and Basil Lasagnas

Some days the idea of making dinner is as appealing as the idea of a root canal. We don't want to stand in the kitchen, looking through the cupboards for twenty minutes, hoping we'll find something to eat. No thanks. On those days we turn to these ridiculously scrumptious Heirloom Tomato and Basil Lasagnas ($80). Pop one in the oven for thirty minutes and you have a fresh, tasty main course. We like to add a salad, a crusty roll, and a bottle of red. That's right. We said bottle.
