For those times when you want chocolate that's sweet, but not too sweet, crispy, and nutty, turn to Clarine's Florentines. ($10-20) Handmade in small batches with wafer-thin sliced almonds, butter, sugar, honey, and cream baked together into brittle, then dipped into bittersweet Guittard chocolate, they melt in your mouth at the same time that they shatter into crisp bits of buttery love.
