What comes to mind when we think of winter isn't snow, sugarplum fairies or even fire places. We think of apple cider, hard liquor and anyway to combine the two. We found this delicious recipe using Bundaberg Ginger Beer and couldn't have been more delighted with the results.
Ingredients in a 2:2:1 ratio:
Bundaberg Ginger Beer
Fresh Cider
Good stiff Kentucky bourbon
Directions:
Stir that delightful masterpiece up, serve with an apple garnish and wish yourself and all those around a very merry holiday season.

ooo yum. I discovered this brand of Ginger Beer at an Italian restaurant in San Mateo recently. It's gingery without the super bite of other brands.
