To celebrate the 75th birthday of the great American snack cake, Hostess has compiled a cookbook with a collection of recipes from cooks all across the country who submitted their very own Twinkies concoctions. The Twinkies Cookbook: An Inventive and Unexpected Recipe Collection ($10) contains fun recipes, full color photos, vintage Twinkie ads, and for you history buffs, a wee bit of Twinkie history. Twinkies Sushi anyone?
