Therapy is expensive. Try a little introspection first by writing in the Q & A a Day journal ($14). Unsurprisingly, it asks a question each day, from the basic (Are you happy?) to the downright nosy (Did you try to kiss anyone today?). Once you've made it through a year of questions, turn to the beginning and start over. After five years, you'll be able to look back and see how your answers have evolved.
