This is the end of every good intention we've had since New Year's. Forget fitting into our skinny jeans, going no/low sugar, and only eating desserts on the weekend. Desserts By the Yard ($24) chronicles Sherry Yard's adventures, mishaps, and of course, triumphs as the creator of delicious desserts for Spago in Beverly Hills. Written with humor and tried-and-true knowledge, this cookbook will destroy our goal to cut back on goodies. We're looking forward to it!
