Gingerhaus Ultimate Gingerbread House Kit
Somehow we got a mother who made gingerbread houses from scratch, mixed up globs of royal icing to cement it together, and bought unique candies to decorate the house into perfection. We did not inherit that gene, but we still love to decorate. That's why we won't judge ourselves too harshly for picking up this Gingerhaus Ultimate Gingerbread House Kit ($30). It's way cooler than the bitty ones we've seen at Costco, and looks like a blast to decorate even if it isn't from scratch. We suggest making it more custom by adding your own candies. Stained glass Jolly Rancher windows anybody?
