Poached eggs aren't just a science, they're an art form. Don't judge us because we can't master the dash of salt and splash of vinegar formula our mom tried to teach us. With the HotSpot EggShell Silicone Egg Poacher ($9 for a set of two) we can forget the complicated compounds and make a delicious and nutritious dose of protein without breaking a sweat.

Check out the poach pods http://bit.ly/9jU4WO , they have a more practical (albeit less cute) shape than these, and they work beautifully! No mess in the pot, and they come perfectly clean in the dishwasher every time. Just make absolutely SURE you grease them well (I use spray olive oil) or your eggs will stick, and half the beauty of poached eggs is how pretty they look perched upon your english muffin!
