The Apple Slicer from MoMA ($38) is one of those items that make us ask, "Why didn't someone think of this sooner?!" This ingenious slicer not only makes uniform slices of your apples, if left pressed against the apple it keeps it from turning brown or drying out. Now if they could just come out with one for bananas, we'd have it made!
