We generally like to steer clear of cacti, but these Prickly Chairs ($inquire) look very bum-friendly. Everything about these xerophytes screams Feliz Cinco de Mayo! The fabric choice is whimsical, the chair structure is playful, and the mix between old and new is really enchanting. Although we probably can't afford even the smallest of the three, we can still use these multicultural thrones as a little free inspiration for our next reupholstering project.

This is a doubtblush for me, but maybe only because I'm Mexican and live in a part of the country where this particular cactus is whatever-is-more-than-prevalent. Ubiquitous?
Marian the Contrarian
Ubiquitous works. We think these are fun, but we take your point that these chairs and the real cacti may have mutually exclusive geographical ranges. You probably wouldn't get too far trying to sell chairs shaped like sick palm trees to Angelenos either.
