When did this site get so trashy?

Seriously, these weren't cool when they first appeared in trailer park bachelor pads in the late 80's. They are certainly not cool now! When I saw the picture, I was SURE this would be a doubtblush post, I'm disappointed....

I agree Caitlin. Lately, they have been picking things that are definitely DoubtBlush material and not labeling it as such. This not a good selection. It's tacky and lame.

I could see how older folks don't understand. You don't need to display it in the middle of your living room, it's just a fun way to collect change. I have a giant purple crayon but maybe I should trade it in for something much classier.. because it's very important to have a high quality tasteful piggy bank.

Outblush was bought recently and is now run by another company. No wonder the quality of the site has sucked. It's like a restaurant being bought from the family that started it, the passion's gone.

@Carly

I don't know who you are calling old. I could see this item be posted Uncrate because I see it more as a frat boy sort of item than one that a girl would find appealing. You don't need a $400 dollar piggy bank. I would take just a well crafted ceramic jar. It's about design + function not just function. And you don't have to cash out your bank account for it. That's why there Etsy. :D

Old? When did 22 become old?

Your 22 and your name is Mord, that's unfortunate. I can't believe how shocked and appalled you all are over a novelty piggy bank. I'm a girl, I like beer and I also like to save money. So "function" wise this is perfect for me.
