We'll admit it, the first time we looked at these Pewter Bird Measuring Spoons ($96) perched on a copper rack, we thought "country kitsch." Our second thought was how much our mothers would love them in their kitchens. And then, the strangest thing happened. We imagined them hanging on our own kitchen walls and our attitudes toward them changed. Forget the paneling you see them displayed on in this picture and imagine a sleeker, more modern surface. We were given this set last year for Christmas and they have quickly become one of my favorite pieces in our kitchen. Our kitchen walls are painted lime green and these look adorable on the wall. Even my husband is a fan.
