These mini heart pans are not available at C&B...thought you should know.

Well, this post is from four years ago (plus a couple of days), so it's not a terrible shock. Fortunately there seem to be plenty of heart-shaped springform pans out there (like these: http://www.surlatable.com/product/PRO-226514/ ) even if they're not red.
