Just this month, a lone pilot so frustrated by the IRS tax system flew his plane Kamikazi style into an IRS building, killing an IRS employee. According to USA Today, Joseph Stack left a 3,000 word essay in which he claims that problems with the IRS ruined his finances. Even though Stack used a professional tax preparer to file his taxes, and one year didn't even file because he had no income, the IRS made him pay penalties in addition to back taxes. Stack complained that his accountant represented himself, not Stack. Some say Stack was mentally unstable; some call him a hero, but many can relate to his tax problems.
