So ladies, we think it's time for a male perspective. Certainly, we're expert shoppers, but even us pros can get stumped when shopping for the men in our lives. We went to one of our favorite tweeters, dkirkward, for some help. You can check out his blog, Discoveries of the Unemployed, for more insights into health, wealth, and Diet Coke.
What's worse than trying to get your man to pick up a sweaty pair of gym shorts and wash them on a regular basis? Getting him to pick up two pairs. Eliminate the clutter and make it easier to get in and out of the gym by picking up this Two-in-One Short ($50) from Under Armour; it has a compression layer already sewn in. Shorts with a compression layer are vital for keeping, ahem, him in place while eliminating the need for a separate pair of compression shorts or the dreaded jock strap. Even if your man isn't the second coming of Lebron, he'll feel good and look the part.

i don't approve of these shorts being here. if i wanted to look at what to get my bf id ask him or look at uncrate.
Jon
First off melanie, its good for you to know what guys are into without having to ask us, sometimes we like not having to make decisions...secondly i predict fail on these shorts..no guy likes to work out in glorified swim trunks...
Jane
I like the running shorts with the little undies inside. I don't see why my boyfriend wouldn't like something similar...
Jon
well those little built in undies have a tendency to cut into the place where the leg and the groin meet, for us , mm more well endowed guys....boxer briefs are much better for working out in my opinion.
