Jen @ Caved In: I wash all of my produce as soon as I get home. That way it's ready when I need a snack.
Caitlin: The most important healthy summer tip is HAVE FUN! Nothing is better for the soul then laughing, playing, and having a goooooood time!
Kaitlin D: A good way to enjoy a ice tea without too many calories is to make your own ice cubes with lemon water and add a strawberry or raspberry in each cube. It looks great and adds awesome flavor!
Kate: At the beginning of each summer, my best friends and I buy weekly shares of vegetables from a local farm to be delivered every week. The constant stream of fresh produce is not only a great way to support local farms, it also means that there is no excuse to not have a diet filled with veggies! Sharing with friends lets you swap recipes that you have loved!
Melissa: My best tip is to cover up - whether is a good layer of sunscreen, a cute hat, upf wear, or all of the above. As someone who has already had suspicious moles removed, my goal is to limit the full-on sun exposure.
