Ten years ago, we saw the older sibling of this Green Striped Lapel Bat Sleeve Loose Blouse ($33) in the men's section of our local Salvation Army. Our reaction at the time was something like "Egads, is that an ugly pattern!" Ten years ago, we also hated Brussels sprouts, and now we gobble them up like candy. Tastes change, and what was then a singularly awful signature 1990s print - the washed, artsy stripe - now looks like the perfect thing to wear with a pair of rolled-up boyfriend jeans..
