For people prone to blisters, corns, athlete's foot, and sweaty feet, we could definitely see the appeal of Toe Socks ($4 on sale) worn with flats so they weren't visible. But part of us thinks, "These babies would fall off the second we took one step! And what if someone saw it?" And yet another part says, "So just take some normal toe socks, cut pieces off, and stitch on some elastic! Why pay for this?" So, we're torn. You tell us.

I normally wear corn cushions yeah I know you think it's gross. I'm not 90 (I'm 23) but if you have wide feet like me the most fabulous shoes are usually not made for your feet. These have a back that is a silicone-like material so it helps with the rubbing that normal, gorgeous shoes do to me.

Honestly I think that they would be effective but I also love my Vibram five finger toe shoes. http://www.vibramfivefingers.com/
They're amazingly comfortable and help to build the muscles in your feet. While some people (Like my mother) think they are weird, most of the time I get "Hey those are cool! Where did you get those?" and "I've seen those before, why are they popular?". People are more curious really. They help to combat the dreaded hammer toe and uncomfortable sweating etc. The first few days of wearing them my pinky toes hurt so bad because they're usually squished next to my big toe in normal shoes or flats!
