We know everyone has finding a great pair of boots on their fall "to do" list. How do we know? Cause you all want our help in finding them. Mostly you're all in need of something leather, mid-calf length, and versatile. But if you're looking to stand out (and spend a good chunk of pocket change!), try the Hand-Woven Wool and Brushed-Leather Thigh Boots ($1,195) by Cobra Society. We weren't all that crazy about them at first, but their unique look has grown on us. They really stand out when paired with simple outfits--tights and a mini with a plain jersey knit top or jeans and a cashmere sweater. We'd certainly take them for a test walk around block!
