Prabal Gurung Short Dress
A bit confounded by the Prabal Gurung Short Dress ($445)? We are too. This green lamé number has a lot going on, but it somehow ended up on the thumbs up side of the fence for us. The drapery, black piping, v-neck, and kimono reference looks like something an old school Star Trek costume designer would dream up. Call us crazy, but we love the balloon sleeves.
