Urban Spectacles
These glasses from Urban Spectacles (about $650) are literally a piece of art for your face. Scott, the creator, hand carves each pair from a single piece of wood (your choice of exotic woods like Zebra Wood, Panga Panga or Desert Ironwood - pictured). If you're not a woodsy type-a gal, Scott also uses alternative reclaimed materials like vintage records and even beer bottles. So, bottom line: you're only limited by your imagination when it comes to the type of spectacles sitting on your nose! We're so happy that there are still artisans in the world like Urban Spectacles, creating one-of-a-kind custom pieces for us to buy (and buy and buy...) So pretty, so unique!
