You may have noticed that we're hardly perpetual rays of sunshine around here, but even so, we seem to spend a lot of our time enthusing about one gewgaw or another. Doubtblush exists to make it clear that we do not, in fact, like everything.
We endorse a lot of trends out there. We love colorblocking, bold patterns, and even support covering everything imaginable in lace. But we simply cannot do fringe. Especially fringe located at the hip adding inches of bulk to the already-bulkiest part of our body. The Streets Ahead Falcon Fringe Belt ($198) is an expensive summer camp project somebody tried but failed to pass off as hipster/hippie chic. Unless you're strapping up for a really expensive Halloween costume, leave this perimeter of bad taste at home.
