WHAT is going on with the Leopard Printed Chiffon Feather Hem Dress ($360) from Notte by Marchesa? Is the wearer supposed to be a dramatic reenactment of a Serengeti meal-time chase? Because that ill-fitting leopard drop waist sheath is certainly hot on the heels of some sort of large molting bird. An ostrich, perhaps? If we wanted to see something this violently hideous, we'd just have ourselves a sit in front of the Discovery Channel, thankyouverymuch.
