You may have noticed that we're hardly perpetual rays of sunshine around here, but even so, we seem to spend a lot of our time enthusing about one gewgaw or another. Doubtblush exists to make it clear that we do not, in fact, like everything.
We realize that athletic suits are expensive, but that's only a given if they're practical. The stupid decorative netting on the Honeycomb Motif Swimsuit ($89) is just asking for a horrid tan line situation. Blocky sport suits are meant to stay in place, and this one seems meant to be ripped off by a random passerby. This is one instance where we say no thank you to handcrafted goods.

Really? I don't think it's any worse than most commercially-available monokinis and the patterns is sort interesting and geometric to me.
A suit to tan in? No. But worthy of a Doubtblush? I'm not so sure.

While this would certainly make for a dreadful tanning result, it is certainly not the worst of the items featured in Doubtblush.

It looks like it's meant to make someone's tan look like a giraffe pattern. If you're into that kinda stuff..

It doesn't look so bad in some of the other pix - looks like it holds together. But take a look at this from the same seller: http://www.etsy.com/listing/42709599/long-asymmetrical-skirt-with-diagonal?ref=v1_other_2
The design on the skirt goes OVER her hand! Whoops :)(:

Whoops to me! It was just a Tron-like design reference! :)(:
