We've always taken issue with curling irons, seeing how we never actually attained the perfect curly mop. We couldn't get the curls to lie correctly at the scalp, since they were the same size from top to bottom. It creates a smaller curl at the scalp and a one inch barrel curl towards the bottom of the shaft. Why this idea never dawned on us before, we don't know. But now that we've tried this version of a curling iron, we'll be creating the perfect graduated curl forever more.
