Spiff Upper Lip
Aside from the fact that the first time we saw the name of this product, we thought it was called "SPLIFF Upper Lip" and wondered what those Bliss gals were smokin', we've been quite impressed with what we're hearing about Bliss Spiff Upper Lip. ($38) People don't usually think about their upper lips as a premature aging concern spot, but there's the rub: mouths are constantly in motion, ergo, as we age, vertical lines appear, you start getting an unfortunately manly 'stache, and the skin around your mouth gets droopy. Spiff Upper Lip contains retinol to improve skin cell growth, capislow to reduce hair regrowth, and special molecules to plump skin cells. Spiff-y, indeed.
