We're eager to get our hands on the PixieDust Collection ($9 each, preorder) from Zoya. Or rather, we're eager to get the colors on our hands. To get the correct textured look, you'll have to skip your usual base and top coats (a sacrifice, we know) and paint on three or so thin coats of your favorite PixieDust shade. So easy for such a funky nail effect!
