Our intentions behind buying the Tarte for True Blood Limited Edition Palette ($52) have little to do with the "17 killer eyeshadows" (Tarte's emphasis, not ours) or the full-size EmphasEYES liner that comes with it. It has everything to do with Alexander Skarsgard teaching us the meaning of the phrase "It hurts so good".
