For Keeps Watercolor Lip Stains
The Balm has come out with For Keeps Watercolor Lip Stains ($28), a new solution to the age old problem: how do we get our lip color to stay put? Each compact contains a duo of color-coordinated pressed powder lip stains (and lip brush!) that become apply-able with the addition of water. Control your color intensity by layering the stains together, or not. Though we think it takes some practice to get the application down pat, we're loving how long the color lasts!
