The original “tube mascara,” it forms water resistant tubes around lashes, instead of painting them like traditional mascara formulas. Once they’ve dried, these tubular protrusions bind to lashes and won’t budge until you take them off with warm water and a washcloth. No smudging, flaking, or clumping – yes, really, none! We’ve even gone swimming in it and emerged with lush, full lash fringes. How it works, we have no idea. But Blinc, we love you.
