Anastasia Perfect Brow Pencil
We'll have to admit to our utter lack of expertise when it comes to eyebrow grooming. We pluck, draw, squint, smooth, and hope for the best. Occasionally we splurge and let someone else do the shaping. But the one thing we do know is that a full, high arched brow is always a great classic option.
