Personally, I love these from Target's in-store brand, "up & up."
They are gentle, hypoallergenic, remove even waterproof make-up, and no rinsing since it also moisturizes while cleaning.
Being a theatre student, I swear by quick, simple, and great stuff like this to get off heavy stage make-up. :]
