Effortless Extensions ($80) are synthetic hair pieces that wear like headbands. No glue, no tape, no clips. You slip the one-piece extension over your hair, which adds length starting on the nape of the neck. After you've adjusted it, you simply section out your natural hair over the tinsel-thin string, blending the natural and synthetic hair with a brush. You can then flat iron it, curl it, wash, rinse, repeat for up to a year.
