4711 by Muelhens

Apparently, 4711 by Muelhens ($20) is one of the world's oldest fragrance recipes still in use dating back to 1792. That's cool. We always wanted to smell like George Washington's mistress, lack of contemporary hygiene standards and all.

Guyz! No indeed! 4711 has a heavenly citrus smell that is......heavenly. Also, as it started in Germany and was mainly popular in Europe, I don't think George knew of it. Napoleon, though - that's another story.

I agree with Pamela! The reason this perfume has been around for soooo freakin' long is because it really does smell amazing. Love this stuff. And the bottle is super cute.

My mom has worn this longer than I have been alive (34 years now). I always enjoyed the scent am am happy to know that I can expect to see it around long after she is gone.
